You don't need to walk and you can see the place from another perspective.

Is not that expensive and you can eighter enjoy it with your significant other, your family or friends.
You can impress them and create a special memory that will be difficult to forget.

You just have to go straight to the Central Park, and request the ride. If you are staying at Hotel Palacio de Doña Leonor, as I did, then you just have to walk half a block. As I said before, I recommend the Hotel.
Whatever the excuse is, this is a creat way to see the historic city. Sofihttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01886059603892839899noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-631649160473879291.post-88762210054728068952010-10-27T15:12:00.000-07:002010-10-29T00:39:46.387-07:00My last trip was to Antigua Guatemala.

I stayed at Hotel Palacio de Doña Leonor and was really impressed.
I never tought I could find a Hotel at Antigua Guatemala with such a great location and the best accommodations.

The Hotel is very luxurious and original. Each bedroom is different and was named after a character of the conquest of Guatemala. Wich is very interesting!! I think I'll have to come back 12 more times to stay in the other ones.

The hotel has a swimming pool, wich is great, and also a restaurant with a great menu and great cocktels. For lunch I had an organic salad with macadamia nuts and champagne vinagrette and a Filet Mignon panini with gruyere cheese in a mushroom and onion sauce, and for dinner I had a fillet with red sauce and spices. You should try the Espresso Cocktel, it has vanilla, espresso and Kahlúa or the Pasion cocktel that has hypnotiq, malibu, vodka and pineapple juice.

I really enjoyed the Hotel and the service I received. It was more than I expected. They treated me like royalty.

I found a photo gallery at flickr, you can see it in the next link:

After you see it, tell me.... isn't it great?
